You can expect to:

• Journey safely and wonderfully - with guidance on dosing, your environment and setting, your intention (what you want to get out of the experience), and a focus on your emotional, phsycial, mental and spiritual well being.
   
• Make sense of what you experience on your journey - decoding the  profound emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and somatic insights from your journey before the experience fades.  Without integration, these insights are likely to remain unprocessed, disorienting and even unsettling.
   
• Ground the insights into your life - so that the guidance and wisdom you’ve received is retained, and the process of personal growth and transformation continues to unfold, benefit and delight you long after the journey.

The Psychedelic Guidance and Integration Package includes:

• 3 private one-to-one meetings (in person or by video call). These are usually offered as one-pre journey meeting and 2 post-journey sessions. However, if you’ve already journeyed or need more support in the run up to your journey, these can be adapted to suit your individual needs.

• Our meetings may include guidance, coaching, and psychic, somatic and therapeutic tools, according to what works for you. This is not a prescriptive process. You will always be at the centre of our work together. It’s all about what’s right for you on your unique journey.

• Bespoke Resources both pre- and post-journey, to complement our sessions together and allow you space and time to prepare for and integrate your journey.

• Additional Support by email and WhatsApp message so you can reach out to me at any time and never feel alone.

 Psychedelic Guidance and Integration is available from my Therapy Room in Birmingham Sutton Coldfield, or via video call from the comfort of your own home.
